Maintenance of the Safety Switch on the Chip Guard

(CE Machine Only)

9.4.1 Assemble the safety switch on the fixed chip guard and close

the chip door of chip guard.

9.4.2 Adjust the safety switch to touch well with actuator.

9.4.3 Check the 0 series diagnosis No.2 bit 3(18 series:X1002 bit 1)

to display 1, when the chip door close.

9.4.4 Check the 0 series diagnosis No.2 bit 3(18 series:X1002 bit 0)

have to display 0, when the chip door open.
