Cancel the entire process and return to the main menu

Select private distribution lists

Select public distribution lists

Scroll available distribution lists

Delete selected distribution list

Cancel the entire process and return to the main menu

Key sequence Function

Open "Call Forwarding" menu

Select code number of the private greeting (1 to 9)

Start/stop recording of new greeting

Start/stop greeting playback

Rewind the greeting by 10 seconds

Rewind to the start of the greeting

Fast forward the greeting by 10 seconds

Fast forward to the end of the greeting

Save greeting and activate setting

Delete greeting

Cancel the entire process and return to the main menu

Key sequence Function

Open "Set up Telephone Connection" menu

Enter the recipient’s call number

Confirm the entry of the recipient’s call number

delete the recipient call number entered

Cancel the entire process and return to the main menu
