LEDs for displaying the mode
The different combinations of the LEDs on the front panel indicate the status:

In this state, the CPU or intelligent

In the STOP mode configuring and performing
diagnostics on the CP remain possible.

device; there is no data exchange with the
PROFINET IO controller.

as disrupted.

S RUN with external error; Diagnostic
message from one or more IO devices is
pending. IO device diagnostics will provide
detailed information.
